AGILE Services Group is remote-first and works with clients across the United States. On-site engagements run in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and Pennsylvania — the Mid-Atlantic corridor the firm is based in.

The firm is based in Baltimore, at the northern end of a corridor that runs south through Washington and into Northern Virginia. Most on-site work happens somewhere along that line, with occasional travel to Philadelphia.

Much of the buying in this corridor comes from federal programs and the contractors that serve them. The firm's founder brings roughly a decade of federal delivery experience, including NOAA, HHS, FDA, VA, CMS, and IRS, to that work.

The same emphasis on security and compliance shows up in healthcare-adjacent work. The founder's background includes HIPAA and PHI-handling architecture, alongside the federal delivery record described above. Clients in this corridor are frequently choosing a partner for compliance-conscious delivery, not just engineering capacity. The remote-first, on-site-where-it-helps model is built around that kind of work.
